ANTI-BRIBERY AND CORRUPTION POLICY STATEMENT

MM Century Sdn. Bhd. adopts a zero-tolerance policy towards bribery and corruption, and MM Century is committed to acting ethically, fairly, and with integrity in all its business dealings and relationships. The objective is to ensure that MM Century is not involved in any acts that would tarnish its reputation and integrity.

 

The purpose of this policy statement is to inform and affirm our position on bribery and corruption to our employees and third parties. In this policy, “third party” or “third parties” means any individual or organisation that is in contact with us, including actual and potential clients, customers, suppliers, distributors, business contacts, agents, advisors, and government and public bodies, including their advisors, representatives and officials, politicians, and political parties.

MM CENTURY IS COMMITTED TO:

 

  • Set out our responsibilities and those working or providing services for us in observing and upholding our principles against bribery and corruption.
  • Fight bribery by not tolerating any form of corruption (including the giving and receiving of bribes) within the organisation. Any attempt to commit corrupt practices by employees, contractors, and business partners will be reviewed grievously and transparently.
  • Report any corruption or bribery through our whistleblowing channels and/or to the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC), in compliance with our Anti-Bribery and Corruption (ABC) procedure.
  • Establish and continually improve our ABC Policy and procedure.
  • Upholding integrity, transparency and accountability in all aspects of our business to enhance good governance, and instilling disciplined behaviour among employees and service providers, as enshrined in our Anti-Bribery and Corruption Procedure (ABC).
  • Subjecting all employees who fail to comply with this Policy to disciplinary actions, in accordance with MM Century’s policies, procedures and directives.
